Book a Site Visit

A standard site visit can be scheduled for up to one and a half hours to address any structural concerns for $550 for verbal findings. A sealed report of the structural findings or drawings and design work are available for an additional fee starting at $550. Charges for these additional services vary based on project size and complexity. The standard site visit fee is based on a 30 minute drive time one way within the St Louis area for longer distances contact us for a update fee. If the house is over 2,500 square feet the site visit will most likely go over on time depending on how large the scope is. For commercial projects or projects the building code categorizes as commercial the standard fee is $650.
